Client Support Administrator

Bellrock Property and Facilities Management harnesses technology to deliver exceptional service to our clients, providing them with peace of mind and a seamless experience. As a Client Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support by effectively managing and executing tasks aligned with their needs.

In this dynamic position, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing proactive support and handling various administrative responsibilities to ensure their requirements are met with efficiency and precision.

As a Client Support Administrator with Bellrock Property and Facilities Management, you will:

  • Approve or reject red and amber assets based on client instructions.
  • Recognize when issues need to be escalated to the Account Manager or the client, ensuring timely resolution of any problems.
  • Promote a positive Health and Safety culture, ensuring any issues and areas of concern are escalated to the Account Manager and addressed.

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from our Leicester office, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch.
