Overview

Account Manager (with Expertise in Data Analysis)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Account Manager who possesses strong analytical capabilities to enhance our client relationships. The successful candidate will oversee client interactions, ensure satisfaction, and utilize data insights to foster business development and elevate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the main liaison for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Comprehend clients' business objectives to offer customized solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Examine client data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas needing enhancement. Generate and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders. Leverage data insights to inform strategic decisions and client recommendations.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business avenues with both existing and prospective clients. Formulate and execute account strategies to meet improvement goals and expand client portfolios. Collaborate with the operations team to craft proposals and presentations.

Project Management:

Oversee and coordinate client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Track project progress and communicate updates to clients and internal teams. Address any project-related challenges and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled. Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Data Analyst, or in a comparable role. Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret and manipulate complex data sets. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, QlikSense BI). Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the logistics or construction industry. Advanced degree or certification in data analysis or a related field. Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
