About the Role:
Coulter Elite Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Executive to join their team. As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships that promote retention and loyalty to our clients' brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develops and maintains long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison contact, communicating effectively at all levels.
- Post-Sales Relationship Management: Owns the post-sales relationship with clients across all products and services.
- Client Onboarding: Manages client onboarding to third-party services.
- Client Experience: Maintains third-party relationships to ensure our clients' members have easy access to their services, through constant improvements to client experience.
- Client Data Management: Maintains excellent client data, including recording all actions and conversations with clients in the relevant CRM databases.
- SLA Management: Meets and seeks to exceed all SLAs both internally and externally.
- KPI Reporting: Drives KPI reporting that demonstrates key financial and performance KPI metrics.
- Complaint Management: Owns any complaints relating to service issues on client accounts and complaints about members and the service they provide.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: £23,000-£24,000 per year
