About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Employal. As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for managing specific relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze MI for provider(s) to ensure conversions are maximized
- Manage and utilize data to drive customer success
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Update client profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with the tech team to escalate client issues and resolve them efficiently
- Support management with administrative tasks and provide guidance on FCA guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience working in Pensions/Employee Benefits is essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Ability to work from the office in Leicester 4 days per week
