We are seeking an exceptional Client Service Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive a high-level service and are kept informed at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confidently manage client relationships and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates and are informed at every stage of the project
  • Manage projects efficiently, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Travel to visit clients, suppliers, and retail locations as required
  • Work in a high-pressure environment, delivering multiple projects on time and on budget
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and supply partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering excellent service
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
