About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Rough Sleepers Mental Health Team as a Senior Clinical Psychologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health services for rough sleepers, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Provide clinical supervision to junior staff members and trainees.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local voluntary organizations and community groups to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology.
  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or mental health issues.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
