Job Title: Korean: Cosmetics Sales Operations (Product/Account Manager)

Location: Surrey

Language Requirement: Conversational Korean

Compensation: £50,000 - £60,000 plus a 10% performance bonus

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model, requiring 3 days in the office.

Sector: A global cosmetics enterprise focused on introducing a new Korean skincare line in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute significantly from the beginning of the launch and help establish the brand in the market.

Company Overview: This cosmetics firm is at the forefront of e-commerce and supply chain innovation, specializing in sourcing products from Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore for global retailers. The company serves over 400,000 small and medium-sized retailers, offering the latest and most sought-after cosmetics and skincare items. With the rapid growth of e-commerce and increasing interest in supporting smaller manufacturers, this organization is expanding quickly and is seeking a Korean-speaking Sales & Marketing Product Marketing Manager to enhance brand visibility and facilitate brand launches across major retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Retail Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong personal connections with retail partners.
  • Provide in-store training for beauty advisors.
  • Ensure optimal product placement within stores.
  • Design promotional strategies.
  • Assist in managing stock forecasts, order management, and shipment tracking to maintain adequate inventory levels.

2) Product Launch Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with external marketing agencies to:
  • Develop a targeted marketing strategy for retail clients.
  • Plan and execute beauty product launches.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of product launches.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data to identify top-selling and most profitable product lines.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of warehouse stock levels and monitor inventory.

3) Marketing and Brand Awareness:

  • Plan and implement product marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage social media platforms to enhance product visibility.
  • Ensure all website content is current and accurate.
  • Conduct research on category trends.

Qualifications:

  • Conversational proficiency in Korean.
  • Background in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
  • Experience in account management.
