Tour Ops Cruise Consultant Role

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Cruise Consultant to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling telephone and email enquiries, creating bespoke cruise holidays, and providing exceptional customer service to travel agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents to promote our cruise products
  • Create personalized cruise itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences and budget
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on destinations and cruise lines to ensure clients make informed decisions
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer service and sales support
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cruise sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with travel agents and clients
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of GDS systems and ability to use them to create and manage bookings
