About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Industry Professional to join our Cruise Team as a Cruise Sales Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking enquiries over the phone, ensuring calls are dealt with efficiently and professionally, and offering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quoting holidays and converting into bookings
- Specialising in Cruise holidays
- Promote and sell additional ancillary sales on all bookings and offering upgrades to increase company profit
- Working towards monthly performance targets
- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Travel Consultant who has specialised in selling cruise holidays for a tour operator and is looking for a new challenge with strong communications skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be sales driven and have excellent product knowledge of cruise holidays.
What We Offer:
You will receive a competitive salary up to £26,000.00 with an OTE of up to £32,000, travel concessions, educationals and other perks to the best industry; travel
Working Arrangements:
Hours are 0900 to 1800 over 5 days, normally one or two Saturdays per month. This role is fully remote working.
