Specialist Cruise Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Cruise Consultant to join our team at Succeed Recruitment. As a Specialist Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for selling cruise holidays across all cruise lines, including luxury and river cruises. You will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice and recommendations, and will be expected to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound cruise sales enquiries and providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Selling cruise holidays across all cruise lines, including luxury and river cruises
  • Tailor-making cruise and stay packages to meet client needs
  • Upselling and booking ancillary products where appropriate
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Working to and achieving sales targets

Requirements:
  • Recent cruise sales experience across a range of cruise lines
  • Good personal cruise experience would be a huge advantage
  • Confident and engaging telephone manner
  • Genuine interest and desire to specialise in the cruise sector
  • Proven sales and profit generated track record
  • Tenacious and proactive approach to sales with an ability to close the sale
  • Previous experience of working from home would be an advantage but isn't essential
