Join Our Team as an HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hurst Point Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Investment Management division and contributing to our broader HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with divisional leadership to deliver change and business-critical initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support on employment law, employee relations, and data analysis
  • Influence HR practices across the division and group
  • Report to the Group Head of HR and contribute to broader HR initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in generalist HR roles with strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Previous experience of developing data analytics and knowledge of TUPE, employee consultation, and M&A processes
  • CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential) and experience in the financial services sector
