**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician Trainer to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd. As a Vehicle Technician Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering training material to our clients, as well as coaching and assessing apprentices to achieve their qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality training material for vehicle technicians
- Coach and assess apprentices to ensure they meet the required standards
- Work closely with our clients to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide feedback to apprentices
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in vehicle inspection and maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum City & Guilds Part 3/NVQ L3 or Apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance
- Knowledge of vehicle inspection processes, including MEI and MOT
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training
