Join Our Team as a Medical Information Specialist

We are PrimeVigilance, a leading pharmacovigilance service provider, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Information Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the growth of our medical information department by handling medical information enquiries in English and Swedish.
  • Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from external customers, including healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and pharmaceutical client internal departments to prepare responses to enquiries.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 enquiry handling service.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent advanced degree with experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
