Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist for Children and Young People, you will be responsible for assessing and managing caseloads, conducting interventions, and providing training to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage caseloads of children and young people with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of our clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Provide training and support to our team on best practices in speech and language therapy
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
- Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration (or eligibility to register)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with children and young people with varying abilities and personalities
- Competitive salary of £34,000 per year
