We are a reputable and established Estate Agency seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Property Negotiator/Valuer to join our busy head office in Northamptonshire.

This fast-paced and target-driven role requires a self-starter with previous Estate Agency valuing experience who can hit the ground running and establish themselves as a key player within our team.

About the Role and Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote our brand and estate agency services within the local area

• Conduct market appraisals/property valuation appointments

• Build strong relationships and provide marketing and property advice to prospective sellers

• Generate property valuation/appraisal opportunities

• Convert Property Valuation leads and appointments into listings

• Work seamlessly alongside the Sales, Admin and Marketing team to launch properties to the market

• Conduct regular vendor contact including property performance reports, interest levels, feedback, market conditions etc

• Assist the sales team with viewings and negotiations during busy periods, weekends and holiday cover

About You:

• Minimum 12 months of Property Valuation/Senior Negotiator experience

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Track record of working within a target-driven environment

• High levels of customer service

• Good understanding of the Northamptonshire property market

• Well-presented, ambitious and a self-motivated 'go-getter'

• Able to provide a professional and friendly approach to Estate Agency

What We Offer:

• OTE £40,000+ (Basic £27,000 - £30,000)

• 20 days holiday + Bank Holiday with 1 day(s) increase every year up to 5 years (25)

This is a full-time office-based role. Office hours are 9am - 6pm.
