Blue Arrow is seeking a dedicated Senior Sous Chef to join our esteemed contract catering team, serving a prominent educational institution.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess a genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts and are eager to advance their professional journey.

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to collaborate with our prestigious client, recognized as a global leader in food service and facilities management, dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.



Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sous Chef:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of food preparation and cooking
  • Uphold the company’s esteemed reputation for quality among clients and customers
  • Manage inventory and minimize waste effectively
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety regulations at the highest standards
  • Collaborate closely with the on-site leadership team
