Position Title: Business Systems Consultant

Location: Various UK / ADP Flexible 3-2 Model

Reports To: Implementation Team Manager

ADP is seeking a Business Systems Consultant to onboard and educate both new and existing clients on the capabilities of ADP's integrated payroll and HR solutions. If you are eager to delve into the dynamic field of technology and implementation, this opportunity may be ideal for you. We will leverage your existing knowledge and provide training on the technical and implementation aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new client systems while assessing their internal business requirements, subsequently offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Cultivate and sustain effective, proactive relationships and communications with clients and ADP departments to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Independently or collaboratively with the Project Manager, establish and oversee activities towards project milestones.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients and ADP Project Managers regarding project progress to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Analyze issues and devise innovative solutions to support the business's long-term objectives.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and present findings to the broader project team.
  • Organize meetings, facilitate workshops, and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established timelines and participate in client meetings to discuss progress and critical challenges.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness, understanding financial goals and the role's impact on these objectives.
  • Share knowledge and expertise to mentor specialists and fellow consultants.
  • Generate customized reports and interfaces.
  • Exchange routine information with client project team members, including priorities, timelines, and emerging issues.
  • Evaluate existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
  • Exhibit the ability to work autonomously and provide effective solutions to clients.
  • Influence clients and guide them towards optimal solutions to address their needs.

Document the proposed payroll functionalities and procedures accurately.

Foster long-term relationships built on trust.

Collaborate with ADP associates in Sales and Service.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK Payroll.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation within the HCM domain (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain focus and work efficiently amidst multiple demands.
  • Experience in a client-facing capacity.
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels, fostering solid business relationships.
  • Proven capability to lead client meetings, whether in-person or remotely.
  • Understanding of effective technology/system utilization in HR or payroll.
  • Familiarity with HR and Self-Service applications (preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • A passion for learning and developing a career in Implementation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and time management abilities.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
