Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Composite Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Recruit Mint. As a Composite Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for applying and handling laminates to composite materials, following technical drawings, works instructions, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply and handle laminates to composite materials
- Follow technical drawings, works instructions, and specifications
- Work within department production and quality targets
Requirements:
- Competent in handling and application of adhesives and material to aid trimming activities and knowledge in surface preparation
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
- From the Aerospace industry (beneficial)
Working Hours and Benefits:
- £17.16 per hour
- 37-hour week Monday to Thursday - 08:00 to 16:30
- Friday - 08:00 to 13:00
Overtime and Additional Benefits:
- Overtime Over 37 hours a week and Saturday: x1.5
- Sunday and bank holidays: x2.0
