About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Team Member to join our team at Marshall Land Systems. As a key part of our Manufacturing Team, you will be involved in manufacturing and detailing composite panels up to 9m in length to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and detail composite panels to meet customer requirements.
  • Cut and assemble various materials, including aluminium, plywood, and foam.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard of quality and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines and targets.
  • Assist in the supervision of Apprentices/Trainees when required.
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in Manufacturing/Fabrication or equivalent trade.
  • Experience in Composite panel manufacture.
  • Flexible and reliable approach to work.
  • Understanding and experience in Manufacturing and Assembly processes and techniques.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety, Fire and Environmental Policies.
