**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide technical support to our clients via phone, email, and remote access, escalating complex technical issues to senior team members as needed.
  2. Collaborate with our technical team to resolve hardware and software issues, including Point of Sale (POS) software and hardware support.
  3. Maintain accurate and complete records of all cases and incidents reported in our call logging system.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, software updates, and industry developments to provide informed support to our clients.
  5. Escalate trending issues to senior team members and the Technical Lead to ensure timely resolution.

**Requirements:**

  1. Experience in the retail sector, with a background in POS software and hardware support.
  2. IT-related experience or background at a 1st Line level.
  3. Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
  4. Previous experience in providing technical support via phone, remote, and email.
  5. Technical expertise in MS Windows 7/10, printer setup, installation, and configuration.
  6. Experience working as part of an IT support team.
  7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and make decisions to resolve issues.
