Our client is experiencing a surge in demand for their chemical products and is currently investing significantly in site improvements, making this an excellent opportunity to join a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive engineering excellence by establishing site standards and safe operating procedures.
  • Ensure comprehensive planning, effective issue resolution, and knowledge sharing.
  • Enhance plant maintenance to align with future business and customer requirements, improving uptime and productivity through proactive engineering and critical spare parts planning.
  • Implement and monitor effective strategies, processes, and practices, including Permits to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LoTo), Work Instructions, Mechanical Integrity Procedures, and Process Safety Management Procedures to ensure safety and protect all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain Site Reliability registers and Asset Care Plans, utilizing both internal resources and external contractors as necessary.
  • Manage the Maintenance Budget and assist in the preparation and execution of the Capital Project Plan.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering qualification with substantial experience leading Maintenance teams in a chemical manufacturing setting.
  • Thorough understanding of Health & Safety regulations and legal requirements for safe operations on a top-tier COMAH site.
  • Proven experience in coaching and developing teams to achieve operational excellence.
