Bank Pharmacist - Ramsay Health Care
Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist who is passionate about providing exceptional clinical outcomes. In this role, your expertise will be highly valued as you contribute to the delivery of superior care and services.
Your responsibilities will include managing pharmacy operations, which encompasses ordering, inventory management, and the preparation of medications. You will also be tasked with offering guidance to both patients and healthcare professionals regarding pharmaceutical products.
Regular checks of Inpatient Prescription Record Charts will be part of your duties to ensure that treatments are appropriate from both clinical and financial perspectives. You will also ensure that patients have adequate supplies and perform necessary medication reconciliations on a daily basis.
Providing informed advice to patients, caregivers, and clinical staff about pharmaceutical products will be a key aspect of your role.
You will maintain the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality in alignment with Ramsay policies.

Qualifications and Skills
- Must hold a degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BPharm, or BSc (Pharm) or equivalent EEC qualification)
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is required
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English, Mathematics, and Science or equivalent qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven capability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare environment
- Demonstrated customer service and computer skills
