Position: Finance Assistant
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Assistant to become an integral part of our team, contributing significantly to the management of client invoicing and various financial operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Guaranteeing the prompt and precise execution of all invoicing processes for the telematics division
- Transforming sales orders into customer invoices with meticulous attention
- Enhancing current procedures and pinpointing areas for increased efficiency
- Administering monthly and annual subscription billing cycles
- Reconciling banking transactions and aiding in the resolution of inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a finance-related position is advantageous
