Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Administrator to join our team at It Stars Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in providing administrative and sales enablement support to our Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Sales Operations Manager, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and processes.
  • Assist in the execution of business-critical projects, including sales process improvements and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain sales-related documentation, including sales playbooks and sales enablement materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including sales teams and management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support and sales enablement services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
