About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Lawyer - Place to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Services department, you will be responsible for managing a team of lawyers and providing expert legal advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of lawyers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of commercial law matters, including contracts, planning, and environmental law.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial law and ensure our team is equipped to provide the best possible advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Current practicing certificate as a Barrister, Solicitor, or Legal Executive.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and providing expert legal advice.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, including contracts, planning, and environmental law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
