About the Role

Lookers Mercedes Benz of Stoke is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and managing service appointments, MOTs, and repair work for our customers
  • Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories to enhance the customer experience
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
  • Managing a high volume of customer interactions, including phone calls and online booking queries
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the service process
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our systems accordingly

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP and knowledge of dealer systems are advantageous. As a team player, you will be able to work independently and use your initiative to achieve results. If you have a background in the automotive industry and a genuine interest in customer service and cars, we would like to hear from you.
