Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Wisbech

Salary: To be confirmed at Interview - £12.20 per hour

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent. Hours - Monday to Friday

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Administrative Skills: Excellent written, numeracy and accurate data entry skills
  • Time Management: Good time keeping and highly organised
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Teamwork: Strong Team Player with good interpersonal skills
  • Transportation: Must have own transportation to work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Administration: To be a key part of the warehouse administration team and to support the Area Managers and Warehouse Manager in the smooth running of the entire warehouse function
  • Stock Management: To ensure accuracy and availability of stocks within the warehouse by following all operational processes and procedures correctly relevant on the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Customer Service: To ensure all paperwork is processed with accuracy and to escalate and resolve any receipt or delivery queries
  • Communication: To cross functional contact to resolve any queries or problem that may arise and to respond to and deal with both internal and external customer communication by email and telephone and in person
  • Teamwork: To encourage teamwork within the workplace by displaying the correct behaviours towards all members of the Knowles Logistics Ltd teams

Desirable Skills:

  • Warehouse Experience: 1 years' experience of working in a warehouse environment
  • Flexibility: Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of inbound / outbound supply chain processes

Accountable KPI's:

  • Customer Service: To ensure all paperwork is processed with accuracy
  • Escalation: To escalate and resolve any receipt or delivery queries
  • Documentation: To ensure all documentation is processed within 24 hours of receipt

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Customer Satisfaction: To ensure all customer queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner
  • Accuracy: To ensure all paperwork is processed with accuracy
  • Efficiency: To ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
