Customer Relationship Officer

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Officer to join our team at Essential Employment in East London. This is a temporary role that offers a competitive PAYE salary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer-related tasks, including stage 1 complaints, Mayors and Members enquiries, Freedom of Information requests, and special projects. A background in customer service, repairs, and complaints casework would be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer complaints and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, complaints handling, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
