As a Customer Service Representative Officer at Victoria Mutual Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving customers and members promptly, either in-person or over the phone
- Forwarding customer requests, queries, and inquiries to Head Office for processing, ensuring all required documentation is in line with policy and procedures
- Liaising with relevant Head Office departments regarding customer requests and issues
- Interviewing members of the public interested in opening new accounts and creating and submitting new account applications
- Carrying out general duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager
- Assisting customers with completing and preparing forms
- Providing accurate information about the Society's savings and mortgage policies
- Assisting with the organization and coordination of promotional activities
- Referring new and existing business in line with personal annual targets
- Ensuring the secure handling of sensitive information in accordance with the Society's Information Security Policy
