Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative Officer at Victoria Mutual Finance, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving customers and members promptly, either in-person or over the phone
  • Forwarding customer requests, queries, and inquiries to Head Office for processing, ensuring all required documentation is in line with policy and procedures
  • Liaising with relevant Head Office departments regarding customer requests and issues
  • Interviewing members of the public interested in opening new accounts and creating and submitting new account applications
  • Carrying out general duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager
  • Assisting customers with completing and preparing forms
  • Providing accurate information about the Society's savings and mortgage policies
  • Assisting with the organization and coordination of promotional activities
  • Referring new and existing business in line with personal annual targets
  • Ensuring the secure handling of sensitive information in accordance with the Society's Information Security Policy

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
