Role Overview

As a Host/Hostess, you will warmly welcome guests and manage their seating arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests and assessing their party size.
  • Seating guests at clean, available tables and providing menus.
  • Guiding guests through the dining area and offering assistance as needed.
  • Arranging tables and settings for special group needs.
  • Ensuring that place settings are complete and tidy.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of work areas throughout service.
  • Monitoring the dining room for guest comfort and safety.

Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security, report any incidents, and complete necessary training. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality. Foster positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to team goals. Ensure compliance with quality standards and perform additional duties as required.
