About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our mental health team as a Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to service users, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit service users in their homes or other settings, providing practical and emotional support to meet their individual needs.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as completing forms, accessing benefits, and managing finances.
  • Build trusting relationships with service users, promoting positive mental health recovery and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a comprehensive and person-centered approach to support.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support individuals with mental health needs.
  • Experience in the care and support sector, although not essential, as we provide full training and support.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
