Job SummaryWe're seeking an enthusiastic Italian-speaking E-commerce Customer Service Associate to join our expanding team in our Merton Office. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service via live chat, telephone, and email
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain high customer service standards and provide helpful assistance
- Communicate with team members on shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Proactively update customers on enquiry progress and assist with exchanges, returns, and refunds
- Process customer parcels and work closely with Warehouse and Logistics on returns and redeliveries
- Monitor and reply to customer queries across all platforms
- Fluency in Italian is essential for this role
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an E-commerce Customer Service environment
- High-level multi-tasking and urgency to support customer volumes
- Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageous
