Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic Italian-speaking E-commerce Customer Service Associate to join our expanding team in our Merton Office. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service via live chat, telephone, and email
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain high customer service standards and provide helpful assistance
  • Communicate with team members on shipping, receiving, and inventory management
  • Proactively update customers on enquiry progress and assist with exchanges, returns, and refunds
  • Process customer parcels and work closely with Warehouse and Logistics on returns and redeliveries
  • Monitor and reply to customer queries across all platforms
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian is essential for this role
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an E-commerce Customer Service environment
  • High-level multi-tasking and urgency to support customer volumes
  • Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageous
