About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our Front of House team at Van Dyk by Wildes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our guests, while ensuring that our hotel standards and procedures are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the Front of House team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive and competent team, providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Embody the highest levels of service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Record and share relevant information with senior management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Take responsibility for the safety and security of all guests and staff, ensuring that our hotel remains a safe and secure environment.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative, and have a genuine desire to work in the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Guest Services Manager or similar role within a similar size hotel.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems and ability to train others to use them confidently.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and motivate team members to be their best.
