A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this our hotel. We are looking for an energetic, hands-on, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about hospitality.

As our Guest Services Assistant, you will be the initial contact for all guests within the hotel. You will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests, whilst ensuring standards are maintained and targets are achieved.

Being a Guest Services Assistant requires a lot of skill and dedication, so you will have incredible organisational skills and attention to detail, have a hands-on approach, along with stamina and the ability to remain positive and calm when under pressure.

About you:

You will already have experience as a Guest Services Assistant or similar role within a similar sized hotel

You'll be motivated by ensuring you deliver an outstanding and memorable guest experience and will enjoy building rapport with guests and colleagues

You will have excellent hotel system knowledge

Knowledge of the Derbyshire area would be an advantage but is not essential

Most of all, you'll have a professional, organised, charming and friendly approach.

Responsibilities

Ensure all hotel standards and procedures are met

To embrace and focus on the highest levels of service being delivered to our guests

Ensuring all relevant information is recorded and shared with the senior management team each day

Hands-on approach to ensure all tasks are completed accurately

If you love to motivate, are always looking to spot progression and development within your team, are well organised, possess excellent communication skills, can work on your own initiative, and have a genuine desire to work in the hospitality industry;
