Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to facilitate the operational execution of recruitment programs, adhering to specialty-specific timelines and national guidelines. You will be an integral part of a proactive team that manages the comprehensive recruitment process for medical professionals, which encompasses:
- Job vacancy creation
- Longlisting and shortlisting candidates
- Organizing interviews and selection centers
- Extending offers and providing feedback
