Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role

Signature Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and CRM databases.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with candidates, both virtually and in-person, to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication and effective job order management.
  • Develop and publish job advertisements and social media posts to attract top talent.
  • Ensure all Signature contractors are compliant with company requirements and due diligence is completed.

While prior experience in a similar role is not necessary, a positive attitude, professional phone manner, and ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this position.
