We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clubs and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as Duty Manager, taking accountability for ensuring the day-to-day health and safety and compliance regulations are adhered to for everyone in the club.
- Ensure all team members are trained in line with company expectations, including health and safety inductions and up-to-date HS02 forms.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular health and safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Work with partners and contractors to ensure consistent and safe delivery of services.
- Relevant qualifications in health and safety, such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
- Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
- Experience in managing a team in a service-led facility.
