So, what can you expect?
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the Club team in managing and maintaining a safe facility
* Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to
* Work closely with facilities management team to maintain a safe and well-maintained facility
* Conduct regular health and safety audits to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain a safe facility
**What Qualifications and Skills Do I Need?
* An understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations
* IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification
* Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc)
* Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility
* Experience in managing a team in a service-led facility
* Experience of financial planning and management
* Passionate about customer service
