Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts across Investment Banking and Markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact marketing strategies and plans that drive business growth and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Singer Capital Markets brand, people, and products to deliver targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the return on marketing budget and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with business peers to boost marketing's impact on Singer Capital Markets' growth goals.
  • Source insights on client and prospective audiences to inform marketing strategies and optimize client acquisition, retention, and awareness.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of relevant economic conditions and competitor sets to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between marketing and business priorities.
  • Develop and implement regular and campaign-specific reporting, leveraging data from CRM and other analytical platforms.
  • Lead sponsorship activities to drive brand awareness and deliver high-impact results.

  • Ability to work closely with external agencies for content and video curation, maximizing budget and seeking opportunities for the best use of spend.
  • Proven digital marketing experience with the ability to efficiently create targeted content.
  • Proven knowledge of B2B marketing strategy.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent creative writing and copywriting skills.
  • Strong eye for design with graphic design capabilities advantageous.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.

  • Brand Management & Strategy – Singer Capital Markets and its sub-brands Singer Social Impact and Singer Growth Economy.
  • Digital Marketing – Email (Dotdigital), Website (experience with Wordpress preferable), Intranet Site (internal), Client Portal (SIREX).
  • Social Media – LinkedIn, X, Vimeo, Instagram.
  • Advertising (Below the Line and Above the Line, mainly in connection with Sponsorship activities).
  • Content Curation – Canva (experience preferable), Powerpoint (experience with Upslide advantageous but not required), Word and Excel.
  • Sponsorships – Times 100 (experience leading sponsorship activities advantageous).
  • Product Marketing.
  • Analytics (CRM, Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Email Analytics).
