Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments in service users' homes to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Support individuals with social and physical activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Accompany service users to appointments and provide transportation as needed.
  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
Requirements
  • A caring attitude and ability to work independently.
