We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Scott Care Ltd. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults and elderly individuals in the Swale area, including Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey.

About the Role

As a Care Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out assessments in our service users' homes to understand their needs and preferences
  • Supporting individuals with social and physical activities, such as booking and accompanying them to appointments
  • Providing personal care, including support with showering, dressing, and eating and drinking
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Good listening and communication skills to understand and follow policies and procedures
  • Good writing skills to complete documentation
  • A smart mobile phone to download work apps
