Job Title: HSEQ Manager

Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join their team based out of Lisburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental management of the company's construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams in implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Support the management team in delivering health and safety objectives.
  • Conduct regular prevention inspections and maintain records.
  • Monitor health and safety performance and report to the Health and Safety Director.
  • Liaise with subcontractors on health and safety matters.
  • Assist in the development of health and safety initiatives.
  • Participate in site progress meetings and complete health and safety investigation reports.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Certificate (General or Construction) as a minimum.
  • Experience of working in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple submissions simultaneously.
  • Experience of using databases, spreadsheets, and the internet for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to create professional documentation to a high standard.
  • High levels of commitment and a proactive attitude.
