About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team as an HSE Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Collaborate with field management to balance environmental, health, and safety requirements with production goals
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive HSE experience
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies and external auditors
  • Ability to travel up to 50% between locations
  • Working knowledge of company drug and alcohol policy
  • Ability to work with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance
