About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a Regulatory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with labeling regulations and providing regulatory approval for artwork content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Label Briefs: Create label briefs to be supplied to the artwork team to create labels, designs, and content.
  • Supporting the Design Team: Assist the design team with artwork content checks and amends for UK and international SKUs.
  • Providing Regulatory Approval: Obtain regulatory approval for artwork content.
  • Reviewing Labeling Requirements: Work with the team to review any specific labeling requirements by territory during product development.
  • Owning Artwork Update Report: Own the artwork update report.
  • Owning Raw Material Traceability Process: Own the raw material traceability process.
  • Owning Approval Process for Samples: Own the approval process for samples.
  • Supporting Customer Service: Support the customer service team with product technical information.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Ideally a qualification in a food-related subject.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in labeling regulations.
  • Product Compliance: A keen interest in product compliance.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to solve problems and offer solutions.
  • Excel Skills: Good Excel skills.
