HR Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Reed, a leading recruitment agency in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on staffing issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related matters, responding to telephone, email, and written queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees and maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain the company's HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle, including maternity, paternity pay, payroll, and benefits, ensuring a fair and equitable treatment of employees.
  • Contribute to HR-related projects, offering insights and expertise to drive initiatives forward and improve business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably at a senior level, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable responsibility for the full employee lifecycle and advisory capacity to senior business stakeholders, with a focus on providing expert guidance and support.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
