Job Title: Finance and HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance and HR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial strategy, as well as overseeing the management of our human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support the achievement of our organizational goals
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting and financial reporting
  • Oversee the management of our human resources function, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our finance and HR teams
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement organizational policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial management and leadership, preferably in a similar sized organization
  • Strong understanding of charity finance, regulation, and governance
  • Experience in senior level management and leadership, with a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
