Main Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and supportive leadership to the finance team, ensuring high-quality outputs and responsive services.
- Offer sound financial expertise to support a quality accounting service, adhering to professional accounting standards.
- Develop and implement robust governance arrangements for finance and procurement, ensuring quality reporting and assurance.
- Optimize software solutions for enhanced efficiency and establish clear processes for monitoring expenditure.
- Lead statutory financial duties, including the submission of the Annual Consolidated Compliance, and develop necessary procedures, controls, and forecasting.
- Constructively participate in the ICS Director of Finance group and provide a quality service to DCHS as part of the Integrated System.
