About the Role

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our depot operations and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve depot service and profit targets in line with the annual budget
  • Ensure company service levels are achieved at all times
  • Manage risk through compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Monitor and support the team, providing regular communications and encouraging feedback
  • Input into budgeting and forecasting depot performance and control costs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager running a depot operation with full service and cost responsibility
  • Proven success in achieving growth and profit targets
  • Good level of numeracy, verbal and written skills
  • Educated to a minimum of 'A' level or equivalent standard
