Job Summary

CSG Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Manager to lead our UK & Northern Europe region. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and strengthen our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals within the UK & Northern Europe region, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Manage the planning and activation of global marketing in the UK & Northern Europe, including budgeting and collaboration with the global marketing organization, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, including lead generation, localization of global messaging, and brand collateral.
  • Plan, support, and manage participation in events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the UK & Northern Europe.
  • Develop and manage regional marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives and activities.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communications skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with executing digital marketing, communication, and PR.
  • Experience in bringing a global B2B brand to the UK & Northern Europe.
  • Experience with digital and physical events and exhibitions.
  • Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in internal creation of straightforward videos and collateral, including editing.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), social media, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
