Primary Responsibilities:

- Negotiate business terms and oversee client agreements.
Candidate Recruitment and Oversight:
- Identify, evaluate, and interview construction professionals for various positions, including project leaders, engineers, architects, site supervisors, and skilled tradespeople.
- Leverage diverse recruitment avenues such as job portals, social media, networking functions, and industry referrals.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of qualified candidates and align them with appropriate job openings.
Industry Research and Insights:
- Remain informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities within the construction field.
- Provide clients with valuable insights regarding salary standards, candidate availability, and hiring patterns.
Recruitment Process Coordination:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from initial candidate outreach to final placement.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
- Offer candidates career guidance, interview preparation, and continuous support throughout the recruitment journey.
Business Growth Initiatives:
- Identify and pursue new business prospects to broaden our client portfolio in the UK and USA.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our recruitment offerings.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions to network and generate leads.
Essential Qualifications:
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector.
- A proven history of successful placements and effective client management.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM systems.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Knowledge:
